Postdoctoral fellow in tissue engineering, nanomagtism and imaging for a MSCA Individual Fellowships in the Society & Enterprise Panel

We are seeking for a highly motivated researcher to work in the development of a clinically oriented application in a incipient start up with state of the art preclinical facilities and key international partners to aply for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Individual Fellowships (IF) in the Society & Enterprise Panel (EF-SE) in 2017.


Research topic: the candidate will work on developing contrast agents for multimodal imaging.

Duration: 24 months with 6 months of travel secondment at Belgium/ Greece.

Framework: In house work and participation in a on going H2020 MSCA-RISE project. Close cooperation with the Spanish Scientific Council, the University of Mons and the Minimal Invasive Surgery Center.

Location: Flexible in either Cáceres or Madrid at Spain.


- PhD with background on chemistry, physics or life sciences with a good publication record.

- Expertise in at least two of the following areas tissue engineering, radiology or nanomagnetism.

- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.

- Residing at least 3 of the last 5 years outside Spain.

- Motivation to explore a career path in industry
